Coach & Founder

I'm so excited to help you reach your goals in Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting, Sports Performance, and beyond! I've helped countless populations including Powerlifters & Weightlifters to moms, dads, and working adults to Collegiate football & NFL players to International Soccer & Basketball. For over 10 years now I've been fortunate to get to provide in-person and remote coaching to these many different backgrounds. I take pride in giving my athletes the highest quality coaching and programming. I'd love to be there for you through training and competition.

Education:

MS in Kinesiology from the University of Georgia

BS in Exercise Science from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga

USAW Certified Coach

USTFCCCA S&C Coach
